At Sable Secrets, we want every customer to feel confident, respected, and satisfied with their purchase. Because we specialize in intimate wellness products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy below before placing an order.


1. Due to Hygiene Standards, Most Items Are Final Sale

For the safety and peace of mind of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unsealed intimate items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal massagers

  • Insertable devices

  • Lubricants, oils, and consumables

  • Items that come into direct contact with the body

Once packaging has been opened, the item is considered non‑returnable.


2. Eligible Returns

We will gladly accept returns or issue replacements only in the following situations:

• Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or a brief description to help us assess the issue.

• Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost to you.

• Unopened, Unused Items (Limited Eligibility)

Some non‑intimate accessories may be eligible for return if:

  • They are unopened,

  • In original packaging,

  • And returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility will be confirmed by our support team.


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive the item

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error


4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Sable Secrets covers the return shipping.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


6. How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

Please contact our support team at support@sablesecrets.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


7. Discreet Packaging

All orders and returns are handled with complete discretion. Packaging does not reveal the nature of the products.
