Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the United States at this time.

Are your products body-safe?

What lubricant should I use?
We recommend water-based lubricants for use with silicone toys, as silicone-based lubricants can degrade silicone materials over time. Glass and stainless steel toys are compatible with all lubricant types.
How do I clean my products?
Most silicone, glass, and stainless-steel toys can be cleaned with warm water and a dedicated toy cleaner. Always check the product's care instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
